HOW TO USE
Hellgate Matte Primer – Apply the primer to the lips before applying lip products. Leave on for 15 seconds to let dry
Hellfire Glow Topper – Apply the topper to the lips after applying lip products for a bold look

CAUTION
*When applying the product there will be a spicy sensation on the lips after 1 minute which functions to enlarge the lips
**The spicy sensation lasts up to a maximum of 1 hour and the spiciness level is 100%

Apply primer on lips. After 15 seconds, or when primer has dried, apply any matte lip product.
